All orders placed on allure-qa.com are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

Delivery

We deliver within the State of Qatar. Delivery times may vary by location and order type; we will confirm your delivery window after your order is placed.

Returns

As our products are food items, they cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or the order is incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Our chocolates may contain or have been in contact with milk, nuts, soy, gluten and other allergens. Please check each product description and contact us if you have any questions.
